Contract Overview

BresaTech, LLC provides Deliverables-Based Information Technology Services (DBITS) to eligible Texas state and local government entities through the Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR).  It allows eligible public sector entities to engage qualified IT service providers without issuing a separate competitive solicitation.

DBITS engagements are structured around defined deliverables, outcomes, and milestones, rather than time-and-materials staffing, ensuring transparency, accountability, and measurable results.

All services offered under this contract are provided in compliance with DIR Contract DIR-CPO-5978 and are executed through approved Statements of Work (SOWs).

Under DIR Contract DIR-CPO-5978, BresaTech, LLC offers deliverables-based IT services, including but not limited to:

• Application development and modernization

• Systems integration and implementation

• IT project management

• Business and technical consulting services

• Infrastructure and cloud-related services

All engagements are governed by DIR-approved Statements of Work.

2. The eligible entity defines project requirements and desired outcomes

3. A Statement of Work (SOW) is developed referencing DIR-CPO-5978

4. Deliverables, pricing, and timelines are finalized

5. A Purchase Order must reference the DIR Contract number DIR-CPO-5978

6. Email or fax your purchase order and quote form to your designated vendor sales representative.

DIR Statement of Work (SOW) Process

For DBITS engagements, services are procured through a Statement of Work (SOW) that defines the specific project scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing.

Bresatech works collaboratively with customers to develop SOWs that align with DIR requirements and project objectives.

Who Can Use This Contract?

The DIR DBITS contract is available to eligible Texas public sector organizations, including:

• Texas state agencies

• Local governments and municipalities

• Public education institutions (K-12 and higher education)

• Other DIR-authorized public entities

These organizations may engage Bresatech directly through DIR-CPO-5978 without issuing a separate RFP.
